The good news is that you don’t have to spend thousands of dollars on a private chef and personal trainer to live a healthier lifestyle. It starts with just a few little changes that you build upon day after day. Sure, there are guys named Fabrice who charge 1000 English pounds per hour to whip your body into shape while wearing spandex, but you can also just go for a 30 minute walk every day to lower your stress, reduce the amount of cortisol being dumped into your blood, and even help you to lose weight. If you walk outside, the benefits are compounded. Experts who’ve gone to prestigious universities have studied the effects of being outdoors and learned it makes us happier, more cooperative, smarter, and retain our memories better, too. You could also fork over some major cash to have a highly trained nutritionist tell you what not to eat, or you could just make some silly-simple changes like giving up one junk food a week, while replacing it with something better – like leafy greens, vegetables, fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, sprouts, and healthy oils. If you did this every week, by the end of a single year you would have completely transformed your diet. One of the biggest components to our overall health is mental health. We’re quick to ditch the sugar if we need to squeeze into a dress for a special event, but how much do we take our daily happiness into account? What if you could feel like a million bucks every day simply by altering the neurochemicals in your brain? It’s not hard to do this. Simply increase foods and lifestyle choices that create natural happiness hormones like dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin. That means you can eat dark chocolate, laugh as often as possible, and add probiotics to your gut to feel like every day is a good day. Its about time you got down to change your lifestyle. Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/Health-Foryou-1191025424300738/ आयुर्वेद के अनुसार दिनचर्या (Daily Routine) - ⦁ आज भारत में लगभग 80% लोग रोगी हैं। आज से 3000 वर्ष पूर्व महर्षि बागभट्ट द्वारा रचित अष्टांग हृदयं के अनुसार, बीमार व्यक्ति ही अपना सबसे अच्छा चिकित्सक हो सकता है, बीमारियों से मुक्त रहने के लिए दैनिक आहार विहार द्वारा स्वस्थ रहने के निम्न सूत्र हैं - ⦁ सुबह उठ कर गुनगुना पानी बिना कुल्ला किए बैठ कर, घूँट-घूँट (Sip-Sip) करके पीये । एक-दो गिलास जितना आप सुविधा से पी सकें, उतने से शुरुआत करके, धीरे-धीरे बढा कर सवा लिटर (1-1/4 Ltr.) तक पीना है । ⦁ भोजनान्ते विषमबारी अर्थात भोजन के अंत में पानी पीना विष पीने के समान है । इस लिए खाना खाने से आधा घंटा पहले और डेढ घंटा बाद तक पानी नहीं पीना । डेढ घंटे बाद पानी जरूर पीना । ⦁ पानी के विकल्प मे आप सुबह के भोजन के बाद मौसमी फलो का ताजा रस पी सकते हैं, दोपहर के भोजन के बाद छाछ और अगर आप ह्रदय रोगी नहीं हैं तो आप दहीं की लस्सी भी पी सकते हैं । शाम के भोजन के बाद गर्म दूध। यह आवश्यक है की इन चीजो का क्रम उलट-पुलट मत करें । ⦁ पानी जब भी पीये बैठ कर पीये और घूँट-घूँट कर पीये । ⦁ फ्रिज (रेफ्रीजिरेटर) का पानी कभी ना पियें । गर्मी के दिनो में मिट्ठी के घड़े का पानी पी सकते हैं । ⦁ सुबह का भोजन सूर्योदय के दो से तीन घंटे के अन्दर खा लेना चाहिए । अपना मनपसंद भोजन सुबह पेट भर कर खाएं । ⦁ दोपहर का भोजन सुबह के भोजन से एक तिहाई कम करके खाएं, जैसे सुबह अगर आप तीन रोटी खाते हैं तो दोपहर को दो खाएं । ⦁ इसके विपरीत शाम को भोजन के तुरंत बाद नहीं सोना । भोजन के बाद कम से कम 500 कदम जरूर सैर करें । संभव हो तो रात का खाना सूर्यास्त से पहले खा लें । ⦁ भोजन बनाने मे फ्रिज, माइक्रोवेव ओवन, प्रैशर कूकर, तथा एल्युमिनियम के बर्तनों का प्रयोग ना करें । ⦁ खाने में रिफाइन्ड तेल का इस्तेमाल ना करें । आप जिस क्षेत्र में रहते हैं वहाँ जो तेल के बीज उगाये जाते है उसका शुद्ध तेल प्रयोग करें, जैसे यदि आपके क्षेत्र में सरसों ज्यादा होती है तो सरसों का तेल, मूंगफली होती है तो मूंगफली का तेल, नारियल है तो नारियल का तेल । ⦁ खाने में हमेशा सेंधा नमक का ही प्रयोग करना चाहिए, ना की आयोडिन युक्त नमक का । ⦁ चीनी की जगह गुड़, शक्कर या धागे वाली मिश्री का प्रयोग कर सकते है । ⦁ कोई भी नशा ना करें, चाय, काफी, मांसाहार, मैदा, बेकरी उत्पादों का उपयोग नहीं करना चाहिए । ⦁ रात को सोने से पहले हल्दी वाला दूध दाँत साफ करने के बाद पीयें । ⦁ सोने के समय सिर पूर्व दिशा की तरफ तथा संबंध बनाते समय सिर दक्षिण दिशा की तरफ करना चाहिए । according to ayurveda daily routine , ayurveda daily routine , dinacharya in ayurveda ,ayurveda dinacharya , ayurvedic tips , daily activities ,my daily routine ,routine ,daily work schedule, the daily life ,best daily routine ,healthy daily routine ,daily routine for good health, daily routine for healthy life ,daily habits ,स्वस्थ्य दिनचर्या, आयुर्वेद के अनुसार दिनचर्या, Ideal Daily Routine, Ayurvedic Daily Routine

So that that kriya of eleven minutes will be more effective? Sadhguru: Oh, see, this is what I have been saying right through – why even eating is a moral value? Food is about the body. We must eat what is suitable for this body but right now you are talking about making food into a habit. I want to tell you there is no such thing as good habit or bad habit. Habit means you’re functioning unconsciously. If you are functioning unconsciously that’s the bad thing because the whole thing about being human is we are capable of doing things consciously. That is the beauty of being human that we can do everything consciously. What an animal does unconsciously we can do the same thing consciously. We can eat unconsciously or we can eat consciously. We can breathe unconsciously or we can breathe consciously. Everything that we can do, we can do it consciously. The moment we do something consciously suddenly that human being looks very refined and wonderful. Just because somebody walks and speaks consciously, doesn’t he become a beautiful human being? Yes or no? Participants: Yes Sadhguru: That’s all. So why is it that we are trying to develop habits as if this is a good thing? Habit means fixed realities where you don’t have to think. You get up in the morning and it’ll happen to you. No, don’t try to automize your life. That is not efficiency. That is the efficiency of the machine. This one is supposed to function intelligently and consciously. Nobody is expecting it to function like a machine. So about food and stuff – food must be suitable for the body that we eat for – it is for the body. This is the building material for this body the food that you’re eating. What is the appropriate food unfortunately is all messed up right now. Traditionally we ate very sensibly in this country but these thousand years of invasions has brought other kinds of food cultures and today the national diet is pizza or pasta. What is it…which is one, I don’t know, both are competing. So we are losing our sense about food. It’s definitely time to look at what is the most suitable thing. If I go into that food, it’s a very long process but you must experiment with food, not just by the tongue, but by the body. You eat something today and see…just learn to observe how agile and how active your body feels after eating this food. If it feels like it wants to go to the grave that’s not good food. if it feels like it wants to be alive after eating this – except coffee because that’s a stimulant – if you eat food and your body feels very agile and alive that means it’s good food, body is liking it. If you eat something, it feels dull that means it’s not liking it. It’s having difficulty with it that’s why it feels dull. So just on this basis. There’s a much, I mean this is the very simplistic way of putting it.
