Let's Prepare Might and Magic Book II! Part 1 - Character Creation

10:00
I wasn't very informative in the video itself about the character classes, so here's a summary of the eight classes. Knight - Can equip all generic weapons and armors. Gains HP at the second highest rate and can cast no magic. Earns extra hits in a single round of combat quickly. Paladin - Can equip nearly all generic weapons and armors. Gains HP at a slightly lower rate than the Knight and can begin casting Cleric spells at level 7. Earns additional hits in a single round of combat slightly slower than the Knight Archer - Cannot equip armor heavier than Chain Mail, cannot equip helmets or shields. Gains HP at the same rate as the Paladin and can begin casting Sorcerer spells at level 7. Earns additional hits in a single round of combat at the same rate as the Paladin. Can attack with ranged weapons even in Melee combat. Cleric - Cannot equip armor heavier than Splint Mail, cannot equip any non-blunt weapons. Can cast Cleric spells from level 1. HP gains comparable to the Paladin. Cannot use ranged weapons. Sorcerer - Cannot equip any armor than Padded Armor, limited to knives, daggers, whips, and staves, and can use slings and blowpipe ranged weapons. Cannot wear helmets and shields. Can cast Sorcerer spells from level 1. Lowest HP gains. Slowest rate of gain of extra hits per attack in battle. Robber - Cannot equip any armor heavier than Chain Mail, cannot use two-handed weapons or helmets. Limited to Crossbow for ranged weapons. Has the Thievery stat and can unlock doors and disarm traps. Learns no spells. Ninja - Cannot equip armor heavier than Ring Mail, cannot use many conventional weapons, but has several special weapons that only itself and the Knight can use. Limited to Longbow for ranged weapons. Starts with half as much Thievery as the Robber. Learns no spells. Barbarian - Cannot equip armor heavier than Scale Mail, certain weapon limitations. Limited to Slings for ranged weaponry. Gains HP at the highest rate of all classes. Gains extra hits in combat at the same rate as the Knight. Learns no spells. The different races alter initial stats somewhat. Elves reduce Might and Endurance a little to increase Intellect and Accuracy a little. Dwarves reduce Speed and Accuracy a little to increase Might and Endurance a little. Gnomes reduce Endurance and... Speed I think, to increase Luck. Half-Orcs reduce Intellect and Personality to increase Might and Speed. Humans keep the stats that are on the screen. Race is used in a few places to limit where you can go, usually only in certain dungeons. Alignment is mostly a concern when finding treasure that has a high plus attached to it. Certain equipment can only be used by Good, Neutral, or Evil alignments. There's places in certain dungeons that can change this, however. Gender is mostly a concern when fighting certain enemies. Some enemies cannot be affected by a certain gender, so having a good mix of both Males and Females would likely be a good idea. In certain dungeons, there are places that will turn the ENTIRE team to one gender or the other, so we should probably be careful what we touch in dungeons. Please feel free to comment here with a character made up of one Class, Race, Gender, and Name, and I'll will endeavor to create and use them at some point. Using characters will be potentially random, though I will try to keep the whole of them around the same level, and will try to keep a balanced party as often as possible. Have fun making characters!

Let's Intro Might and Magic 7 - Game Overview & Test Video

17:45
Welcome to the Intro video for Might and Magic 7 - For Blood and Honor, I'll mostly be covering game mechanics, big changes from MM6, a bit of youtube audio/video testing, and the super duper exciting viewer interaction party creation ;) This will be a 95% blind LP, hopefully my experience with MM6 will carry me through, failing that I'm not afraid of checking out guides to keep the lp moving. If you want to join the team leave a comment with as much customization as you'd like: "character name", "portrait", "preferred class" Near the end of the video I try to carefully show the portraits and explain which classes will be brought along ;) I can't guarantee you'll get the class you want, but name and portrait are easy enough. As I explain in video I'd prefer only applicants who plan to stick around for the series, and I'll give first priority to viewers that weren't in the last game already :) Pick the game up if you haven't already: http://www.gog.com/game/might_and_magic_7_for_blood_and_honor GrayFace patch for mouseview, x2 speed, fixes and other useful features: http://www.celestialheavens.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=10078 ---------------------------------- Thanks for Watching! I do Let's Play videos, gameplay with commentary about the game being played. Release schedule of one episode per series per day. I'm not exactly a completionist, but I like to show off as much from each game as I can and explore all a game has to offer. I tend to prefer Strategy and RPG, although you'll find a variety of other genres as well.

LP&A - Might & Magic VII #39 (The Mercenary Guild)

35:12
After beating MM6 I feel that I should continue with this series and see where the decline that finally led to the dissolution of 3DO occured. MM7: For Blood and Honor offers a heavily improved engine of the previous game, new world, new classes, new spells and a new level of skill called Grandmaster above the previously highest Master level. Let's see whether the game is at least as good as the previous installation for Might and Magic 6 was pretty good! You can get it on: GOG - http://bit.ly/2h0ijVH uPlay - http://bit.ly/2hP02ZM

14. Witchcraft and Magic

46:35
Early Modern England: Politics, Religion, and Society under the Tudors and Stuarts (HIST 251) In this lecture, Professor Wrightson discusses witchcraft and magic. He begins with the context of magic beliefs in this period, introducing the 'cunning folk' who had reputations as healers and were often consulted. He then considers the specific problem of witchcraft, the use of magic to do harm, and its identification by the late medieval church as a form of anti-Christian cult. He examines the distinctive nature of both witchcraft beliefs and the history of witchcraft prosecution in England (as compared with both Scotland and continental Europe), outlining the typical circumstances of a witchcraft accusation and what these might suggest about the rise and fall of concern with witchcraft. Finally he considers a number of unresolved problems in the history of witchcraft in England: the nature of the links between gender and witchcraft; the reasons behind the passage of the statutes defining witchcraft as a crime; and the exceptionally large number of trials conducted in the county of Essex. 00:00 - Chapter 1. Magic 08:56 - Chapter 2. Differences between Witchcraft in England and in Europe 19:26 - Chapter 3. Trials in England 35:05 - Chapter 4. Legends of Might and Magic Cinematic Trailer

01:45
This is the only cinematic trailer i've seen for Legends of Might and Magic ( LoMM ) over the years. This actually looks more themed towards the early RPG concept of the game that was dropped and not the First Person shooter it turned into. The main character in this looks like the Paladin of today's LoMM and i see the Warrior and Sorceress at the end of the clip too. Pretty cool but nothing showing what LoMM turned out like besides a few character classes.

Amazing Schools Where You'd Never Skip Class!

11:21
Check out these Amazing Schools Where You'd Never Skip Class! This top 10 list of bizarre and surprising schools has some of the coolest buildings and teachers you'd never want to skip a day! Subscribe to World5List: http://goo.gl/cpJSA6 Check out our "Superpowers You Can Get RIGHT NOW!" video at: https://youtu.be/a6QmVdBTf0g Check out our "6 Places More Mysterious Than The Bermuda Triangle...?" video at: https://youtu.be/v9VarHk6_cY Check out our "8 Bizarre Things People Found in Their Pool" video at: https://youtu.be/gH7ywvBgXkE 9. Telephonplan School Located in Stockholm, Sweden, this is a very interesting school to kick off the list on. Why? Because here, there is no school, and there are no classrooms. "So how is it a school?" Well, because students do enroll here, they just are put into groups instead of classes, and are taught on a more personal level. 8. Makoko Floating School Yeah, you read that right, there is a school that is literally floating on the water. You can find it in a place where a lot of buildings are this way. Mainly, Lagos, Nigeria. Just from an engineering standpoint this place is cool. It's made completely of wood, which makes sense given the "floating on water bit", but more than that, the school can partially sustain itself. How? Well, it's powered by the sun, and can collect rain water to be purified and drank. 7. Fuji Yochien Personally, I love Japan, it's a country that never ceases to amaze when it comes to the advances they make as well as the unique visions that they have. And that goes to their preschools as well. For Fuji Yochien is truly something to behold. If you thought a floating school was cool, this place had been constructed to be a full-on jungle gym. 6. Macquarie University Shall we go down under? Australia is a place of great beauty, and the people there know how to use the land to its fullest in many ways, and that applies to the colleges as well. For at Macquarie University, they've literally made the place interchangeable in many ways. The desks are folding screens that can be put anywhere. 5. Glasgow School of Art Scotland, the land of bagpipes, freedom, and haggus. But it's also home to the Glasgow School of Art, a place that was designed from head to toe to be the best art school in the country, and encourage its students to be the best artists they can be. 4. Beau Soleil Would you like to be a part of a school where your P.E. class features skiing and snowboarding? You would? Then save some money and head to Switzerland, because Beau Soleil is calling. Created in 1910, Beau Soleil is actually one of the oldest schools in the world, as well as one of the most high-class ones. Only quality is done here. 3. Hogwarts School Of Witchcraft and Wizardry ...what? I never said they were all real schools! Straight from the mind of J.K. Rowling, Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry is a place many kids, teens, and adults (admit it!) wish was real. First of all, MAGIC!!!!! Second of all, the wizarding world is awesome, as the Harry Potter books proved, and as the series went on, we got a better appreciation for what Hogwarts is. 2. Xavier Institute For Gifted Youngsters Thought I was done with fictional schools huh? Wrong! And when it comes to comic book schools, the Xavier Institute For Gifted Youngsters is the best known of the bunch (sorry Gotham Academy fans!). I mean, the school is real, but it's basically a front to train mutants...for the greater good of course. And that's the trick, if you're at this school, you're a mutant, which means you have powers and abilities that you'll definitely want to get under control. 1. Le Rosey Boarding School After all the school I've listed here, you might wonder what it takes to be on the top of the list (especially since a comic book school didn't make it, just saying). Well, quite simply, a school that is arguably more resort than school. All me to introduce to you...Le Rosey.

7 Self-Defense Techniques for Women from Professionals

08:25
The 7 easiest and most effective self-defense techniques for different situations. Anyone can do them no matter how big the attacker is. Victor Lyalko, the acknowledged martial arts master, wrote a book where he described the most effective methods of self-defense to help women if they are attacked. We've chosen the most effective moves for different situations. TIMESTAMPS Memorize the vulnerable places: eyes, nose, ears, etc. 0:28 The most effective moves 2:29 If you were grabbed from the front 3:29 How to free your hands 4:10 If you were grabbed from behind 4:34 If you were approached and grabbed from the side 5:00 If you were pushed against the wall 5:19 How can you avoid dangerous situations 6:00 SUMMARY - Turn off your iPhone or iPod when you're in the street. Don't use earphones when you jog. - Establish and protect your comfort zone. Don't allow strangers or anybody with a hostile or unfriendly attitude to approach you closer than, let's say, 5 feet. - Make it a habit not to walk close to a building when turning the corner. Otherwise, you can get jumped. And this will be extremely dangerous because the unexpectedness of the attack will paralyze you. - Don't let strangers into your house. There're too many clever scams nowadays to trust anyone you don't know. Even if it's a lovely elderly lady looking for her dog that has sneaked into your place. She can be a distraction the rest of the criminals need to get into the house. Close and lock the door and look for the animal on your own. - If you get a flat tire and realize that the neighborhood isn't inviting for an evening walk, move further on the flat tire. Changing the wheels is a small price for your safety. - Make it a habit to always watch your food and drinks when eating out so that somebody didn't add drugs to them. - If you have long hair, avoid wearing it in a ponytail. It can be easily grabbed and used to hold you in place and prevent your escape. Better keep your hair down. - Carry your car keys in your hand. This way, you'll be able to unlock your car fast as soon as you reach it. When you get into the car, lock the doors right away. - Pay attention to how you look. Try to make an impression of a confident person, keep your back straight and your head up. - If you feel that a situation can spin out of control, scream. Yelling is a perfect defense mechanism: you break the role of a victim, attract attention, and distract an aggressor. Remember that shouting "Fire" is more effective than yelling "Help!". - React unexpectedly. It'll throw an attacker off course. They predict certain actions, and you can use an element of surprise to your advantage. How do you keep yourself safe? Write in the comments! Dougal, Knight (Haven might class) at Rampart month 10

05:17
MMH5.5 (Might and Magic Heroes 5.5) is the best mod for Heroes 5: MMH5.5 brings Heroes 5 at another level. Best Heroes game. - brilliant ARMG with a lot of map Templates. - new Skill Tree, significantly improving game balance and bringing 3 classes per race. - new, larger Battlegrounds at New Sites, with growing numbers of creatures. - new Artifacts and artifact Sets. - town and creature dwelling Conversion. - Town Gate that gives choice to which town to teleport. - town Governor feature. - improved Leveling of heroes, improved spell and creature Balance. - significantly improved Graphics. - in-game Menus and descriptions. - improved AI for interesting games against computer players. A totally new experience that leaves you with a feeling that only Now the game Heroes 5 is Complete. All that was lacking in it and even a lot more than that is finally here. http://www.moddb.com/mods/might-magic-heroes-55 http://heroescommunity.com/viewthread.php3?TID=41303&pagenumber=1 Please have in mind this: Videos uploaded here, which represent human vs AI battlegrounds, are always a kind of extreme case scenarios with regard to results at end of battle. The results that are favorable. This is for the video to be somewhat "exemplary". So it is intended to show videos with battles that have almost no losses, especially when showing fights of human player against AI battlegrounds. In any strategy game, not just MMH5.5, one can have battles that result in win with almost no losses or no losses at all. The way of achieving this is the real question for strategy execution. If one losses to much army when visiting battlegrounds, one should not visit them at all, cause it would not be cost effective. There is no point game-vise if a victory in a battleground is achieved trough army losses. So this video, like many others, shows one possible way to do it, using stats, spells, skills an creature abilities in the right way. -~-~~-~~~-~~-~- Please watch: "MMH5.5 Haven Heroes & Classes" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gUPY0pcIpNA -~-~~-~~~-~~-~-

Heroes of Might and Magic II Walkthrough - Scenario 08 "Greater Glory"

05:50
********* Hello. Its Larva agains next 3do game, Heroes2 this time. I'm doing a run for Succesion Wars campaing, but then I will go through Price of Loyalty as well. Few notes: 1. This game is diffrent than Heroes1, you will need more tactics and regular game is generally harder. You have more choices, more random opportunities and this makes game more intresting than first part. The campaing is A LOT easier than Heroes1 campaing, especially if you are driving good way. I'm showing here the best way of beating campaing, and this is helping ogres instead of necromancers (scenario 4instead of 3). Also, I'm taking addtional scenario 7 that gives "dragon allaince". 2. This game is a lot more detailed than Heroes1. Here, it really pays to have many heroes travelling around land, because there are a lot of places to visit. Some of them yield creatures, some other bonuses. Its not like in Heroes1: open land, resources, monsters, towns and mines. There are much more possibilities. 3. There are six castles, each one is good. There are something like three "classes" of towns. Knight and Barbarians have weak forces, weak magic, but they are easy to develop and their forces still do good damage. Warlock and Wizard are pure spellcasters with very strong forces, especially the last units - Dragons and Titans are unbeatable in numbers. Third class is "weird" castles - they have mid magic and good forces, but they are oriented in some ways. For example, sorceress is based on shooting units, their walkers and flyers are weak. While necro is based on thousands of skeletons. Skeleton is best 1st level unit and in good numbers they are doing thousands of damage. 4. Hero is offered by some secondary skills. Some of them are good, while others are crap. Wisdom, Logistics, Estates, Archery are good skills, while for example Scouting, Navigation are crap. 5. There are much more buildings to build in town, but not so much are really useful. You have to develop both arrow towers and moat as every other structure, costing 1.500 gold +5 ore for each tower and bare 750 gps for moat. It means that you have to pay 3750 gp for full defending castle (or 5250 if you are a knight and use "fortification" addon). Castles are easier to take than in Heroes 1, in which you could defend the city with few shooters. This is because offensive magic is more popular and AI beseigeing castle will often spam you with lighting bolts/magic arrows/cold rays till you are dead. Also, two towers and garrison are destructible, so if expert balistic guy attack you, you are without firepower after few turns. In H1, main tower was indestructible. *************** Scenario 08 "Greater Glory" This is a diffrent kind of scenario. Here, you must gather best army as possible, because it will be transfered to the last scenario in this campaing. You have three ways to choose - I suggest Warlock becuse of black dragons which are able to ground Titans (and you will be facing Titans in last map). You have one town but you cannot pass to it and you cannot build it up. Its only because you would be eliminated without city. At the start, proceed to north and take experience from chests. You have basic logistics, pray for advanced and expert from those chests. There are three warlock cities, but two of them cannot be build up, only third one does. I'm ignoring two cities because I'd use them only for magic guild to last battle in this map (sometimes there are useful spells). On your way, take all suflur and gold you can find. You will also need some ore. Once you capture your final city, wander around and take some resources (you can trade it for $ in marketplace on south from your city). Build up dragon tower (black) and shipyard as soon as you will be able to. Wait until month 2, week 4, day 5, buy all of your dragons and maybe other crap and head to enemy. Enter ship, travel to island with small town and attack enemy. He has some green dragons which can make a problem. Use all of your troops and try to lose as few dragons as possible. Its good if you have blind or paralyze spell, but berserk works well too.

10 Signs You’re Way More Intelligent Than You Realize

10:47
You are way more intelligent than you realize! Here's a list of signs that actually indicate a super bright mind. They are all scientifically proved, so if you feel like a few of them are true for you, you have every reason to call yourself a genius! TIMESTAMPS You realize how much you don’t know 0:48 You wear the same clothes every day 2:00 You can feel what others are thinking 3:01 You can perfectly control yourself 3:50 Your eyes are blue 4:53 You are a chocolate lover 5:54 When you’re upset, you know what’s bothering you 6:56 You talk to yourself 7:47 You can’t stand any background noise 8:35 Your handwriting is messy 9:21 SUMMARY - Justin Kruger and David Dunning worked with a group of Cornell University undergrads and published the results of their research in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology in 1999. They asked students to predict their scores after being tested in Humor, Logical reasoning and English Grammar. Those who were 100% sure they did outstandingly well ended up with worse results than those who were more critical of themselves. - Psychologist Oliver Burkeman has done some serious research on the lifestyle of the brightest minds in the world. He concluded that smart people tend to save up their mental abilities for more important things. Unless those smart people are fashion designers or Lady Gaga, of course. - Empathy is a sign of exceptional mental intelligence. If you are emotionally intelligent, you love meeting new people and learning new things. According to psychologist and author of Focus: The Hidden Drivers of Excellence Daniel Goleman, people who care a lot about others and can feel them well, generally, succeed in life. - The ability to control instincts is what we know distinguishes humans from animals. Genius people went even further: they manage to overcome and control any impulses they have. If you can plan and achieve goals without being distracted by emotions you are more intelligent than you might imagine. - Professor emeritus of the University of Louisville Joanne Rowe has concluded light-eyed humans, and even animals are way better at activities requiring self-pacing than the dark-eyed creatures. The fact that you are better at self-paced activities means that you like paying attention to every detail. - M.D. Franz H. Messerli, who is most likely a chocolate lover himself, published the results of his study in The New England Journal of Medicine. He tried to link genius (Noble prize winner kind of genius) per ten million people with the amount of chocolate consumed in certain countries. And he found it. - Genius people don’t stick to the past. And, they don’t blame everyone and everything around for their sadness. Psychologist Daniel Goleman explains a real genius does not only address problems but also recognizes emotions when he feels them, and not ignores them. - Psychologists Daniel Swigley and Gary Lupyan conducted a whole study on it. The good self-talk, according to them, helps us sort the important thoughts from useless stuff going through our minds. - A study conducted at the Northwestern University has stated that a genius hates any kind of background noise because it prevents him from concentrating on important issues. - Next time someone criticizes your handwriting, simply nod, say “I am sorry you don’t get it” and triumph on the inside. Messy writing is one of the signs of a genius! Did you recognize any of these signs in yourself, or maybe you are now positive your best friend is a genius? Luther and the Protestant Reformation: Crash Course World History #218

15:07
In which John Green teaches you about the Protestant Reformation. Prior to the Protestant Reformation, pretty much everyone in Europe was a Roman Catholic. Not to get all great man, but Martin Luther changed all that. Martin Luther didn't like the corruption he saw in the church, especially the sale of indulgences, so he left the church and started his own. And it caught on! And it really did kind of change the world. The changes increased literacy and education, and some even say the Protestant Reformation was the beginning of Capitalism in Europe. Heroes of Might and Magic II Walkthrough - Scenario 03 "Slay the Dwarves" [Part 1]

09:35
*************** Scenario 03 "Slay the Dwarves" Well, name says "Slay the Dwarves". But idea here is to use dwarves and slay your enemy with them instead ^.^ There are six dwarven huts in central part of map, and thats your main target. You can get about 90 dwarves, which will be more than enough to capture sorceress castle. You can upgrade them in hill fort for free as well! I made some mistakes here, as last two heroes were annoying me with their dwarven army. I wanted to complete map quickly, and well, I've lost two battles.

IELTS Listening - Top 14 tips!

14:38
http://www.engvid.com/ Improve your IELTS score with these quick tips! In this lesson, you will learn about the Listening module of the IELTS exam. I will teach you the most common mistakes people make and how to avoid them. Watch this free video, so that you know how to practice for the IELTS Listening test. I want you to be prepared and confident on your test day, so that you can get the best results on your IELTS! http://www.engvid.com/ielts-listening-top-10-tips/ TRANSCRIPT Hello. My name is Emma, and in today's lesson, I am going to teach you my top tips for the IELTS listening module. Okay? So, before I teach you these tips, you might be wondering: "What's the IELTS listening module?" Well, the IELTS is a test and one part of the test is listening. So, in the listening section, you're going to have 40 questions where you're going to listen to some conversations for about 30 minutes, and then you'll have 10 minutes to transfer your answers over to another sheet. So, in total, it's 40 minutes; 30 minutes for listening, 10 minutes for writing down your answers. Okay, now this part of the IELTS is very possible to get a high mark, especially if you follow my tips. All right? Now, before we get started, I just want to let you know: I know you can do the IELTS. I know you can pass, I know you can get a great mark, a great bandwidth - you just have to have confidence in yourself and you have to practice. Practice, practice, practice; it really pays off. So let's get started. So, my first tip: write no more than three words. What do I mean by this? I don't mean for the whole thing, write no more than three words. On the IELTS, you will have to read the instruction of what to do. Often times, the instruction, before you listen, you're going to see: "Write no more than three words." This is an example of an instruction you must follow. One mistake a lot of students make during the IELTS is they don't read instructions properly. They're nervous, they're stressed out, they write whatever, they don't... They don't follow the instructions. If you see something like: "Write no more than three words." Do that. You can't write four, don't write five. Write three or less. Okay? So my main point here: follow the instructions carefully. Point number two: get used to British English. A large part of the IELTS, you will be listening... For... For... Sorry, for the listening, you will be listening to British accents. Sometimes you might hear Australian accents or Canadian, you might hear a range, but a lot of the accents will be British. So it's very important to get used to listening to British accents. And also, listen to other accents like Canadian, Australian; that's a good idea too. Where can you find British accents to listen to? I recommend the BBC. They have a lot of great videos there and most of it's with British accents, so it's a very good idea so you can practice listening. The more you practice listening with British accents, the easier it will be to understand British speakers. Especially if you're used to American English, this is a very good thing to do. Related to this point: British vocab. You should learn British vocabulary. For example: in American English and Canadian English, we say: "truck". In British English, we say: "lorry". So it's good to know some of these British expressions, some British words. One idea where you can practice these is if you check out our website: www.engvid.com, we have a new teacher who is British and who will be talking about British English, so check out her... Her videos. It will also be good to help you with practicing listening to British accents. Number four: spelling counts. Okay? Very important. The listening part of the IELTS is not just listening; you're actually using other skills like writing and reading. Now, with writing, when you write down your answers, you sometimes have to spell something out, so you have to be very, very careful with spelling. Okay? This is something you should really study and practice before you take the listening part of the IELTS. Practice your spelling. Learn spelling rules. We have a lot of different videos on how to spell on engVid, so I would come and check those ones out. Number five - this is the thing that always gets my students and I always warn them about when we practice - plural versus singular. Okay? You have to listen carefully on whether you're writing down the plural with an "s" or the singular. If the question wants me to write down: "cat", someone's talking about their cat and I write down: "cats", it's incorrect. I would get an "X". Okay, so it's important to be careful, to really listen: is it a singular thing, is it a plural thing? Are they saying "store" or "stores"? Okay?

Heroes of Might and Magic II Walkthrough - Scenario 04 "Turning Point"

01:46
*************** Scenario 04 "Turning Point" This is really EASY scenario if you are playing with ogre alliance. There are few ogres (about 10) just west from your home and in center of map, there are two packs and hill fort near. With 60+ ogres you can handle every opponent on this map, as I do. I have choosen Necromancer because it starts with haste spell, which is useful for ogres.

Heroes of Might and Magic II Walkthrough - Scenario 07 "Country Lords"

Also, two towers and garrison are destructible, so if expert balistic guy attack you, you are without firepower after few turns. In H1, main tower was indestructible. *************** Scenario 07 "Country Lords" Again, very simple scenario. You are dropped on map without town, and theres annoying hero taking all good stuff. Slay him in day 2 and go west to castle. With ogre alliance and dragon alliance, you won't have to build up sorceress town. You should take two heroes, first one should head west, take ogres and proceed to dragons, while second should go to north from city. There are few ogre and dragon stacks on map. Visit +1 boosters with your heroes and take only exp from chests. With ogres, dragons and spells you should take easly enemy castles, and they will probably have full mage guilds built. If you find Armageddon in one of cities, then drop minotaurs, ogres and other army, leave only dragons and armageddon everything. I have tried that map twice, and I got armageddon twice in one of enemy towns. With my second run (the one you're watching) I also managed to get Dim Door which is useful, but not necessary.

School Lunches You've Probably Never Heard About

08:14
Here’s what school lunches around the world look like. Meals for kids in different countries are truly amazing and surprising! Every country has its standards for school meals. Some schools offer convenience food and snacks for lunch, and some cook set meals for students. What do you think the most popular ingredients of school lunches are? Well, how about octopus, kimchi, or chili? Are you curious what kids eat in South Korea? What they prefer in Turkey? Some of those lunches are quite unusual. Watch and try to find your childhood meals! TIMESTAMPS South Korea 0:41 Japan 1:23 Turkey 1:55 Thailand 2:28 France 2:59 Finland 3:28 Russia 4:08 Hungary 4:34 Israel 4:53 Colombia 5:25 Italy 5:55 Australia 6:37 Chile 7:11 SUMMARY - The system of planning school meals in South Korea is one of the best in the world. Lunches are served on special trays. The two biggest sections of the tray are usually for soup and rice. Smaller sections are for salads, seafood, veggies, and fruit. - Japanese school lunches are almost the same as the South Korean ones: hot soup, rice, poultry or fish, salad, and milk. Students are not allowed to bring their food with them until they reach high school. - It's interesting that, though children in Turkey have 1 hour for lunch, cafeterias are rare in this country. So students either go home for lunch (which might be hard to do if you live on the other side of the town!) or take food from home. - Students in Thailand don't eat in the canteen, just like their "colleagues" from Japan. They are usually given soup, pork in sweet and sour sauce, rice, and a pudding wrapped in banana leaves. - Typical lunch served in the west of France looks very healthy. It is fish, spinach, potatoes, cheese, and bread. It is quite big as the French consider lunch the main meal of the day. - Finland takes school lunches very seriously. Every student is offered snacks during the morning and evening classes, as well as lunch. Children eat their lunches in a canteen where they can choose whatever they want from a large variety of dishes. - In Russia, students can have free breakfast from 9 a.m. till 12 p.m. Lunches after 12 p.m. are paid. Children sometimes have lunch at home if they live near the school. If it is a school lunch, it is usually soup, fish or meat with a side dish of rice or buckwheat, and compote. - Hungary is famous for its big portions in restaurants and cafes. Same goes for school lunches. Children have several courses, with, for example, noodle soup, baked beans with chicken, and nuts for dessert. - Israel schools have the policy of a healthy diet. The government banned fatty and sugary things from school lunches. But the thing is that children mostly bring their meals from home. - 60-70% of children in Colombia are given free nutritious lunches. Students of state schools eat one hot meal a day. Their typical meal consists of soup, rice or pasta, salad, meat, and fruit juice. - Before lunch, in the morning, children get snacks (crackers, breadsticks, fresh fruit, or homemade cookies). For lunch they get two courses: a first course is often pasta or rice with seafood or vegetables, a second course - fish, meat, or cheese. - Authorities in Australia fight against children's obesity. That's why products rich in sugar, salt, and fat are forced out of school menu. But you can find their healthier replacements such as sandwiches, sushi, corn and fruit available at any time. - Students in Chile have nice and varied lunches. An example can be a meal with rice, beef roll, French fries, salad, avocado, orange juice, and fruit in the sauce for dessert. Water and Solutions -- for Dirty Laundry: Crash Course Chemistry #7

13:34
Dihydrogen monoxide (better know as water) is the key to nearly everything. It falls from the sky, makes up 60% of our bodies, and just about every chemical process related to life takes place with it or in it. Without it, none of the chemical reactions that keep us alive would happen - none of the reactions that sustain any life form on earth would happen - and the majority of inorganic chemical reactions that shape the surface of the earth would not happen either. Every one of us uses water for all kinds of chemistry every day - our body chemistry, our food chemistry and our laundry chemistry all take place in water. In today's Crash Course Chemistry, we use Hank's actual dirty laundry (ew) to learn about some of the properties of water that make it so special - it's polarity and dielectric property; how electrolytes can be used to classify solutions; and we discover how to calculate a solution's molarity as well as how to dilute a solution using the dilution equation. Table of Contents Polarity 02:40 Dielectric Property 04:13 Electrolytes 04:29 Molarity 08:46 Dilution 10:56 Want to find Crash Course elsewhere on the internet?
