2. Oracle database Installation With ASM: Prepare Environment For database & ASM installation.

06:48
Automatic Storage Management (ASM) is a feature that has be introduced in Oracle 10g to simplify the storage of Oracle datafiles, controlfiles, logfiles and backups. ASM will be used as the file system and volume manager for Oracle Database files (data, online redo logs, control files, archived redo logs), and the Fast Recovery Area. NOTE: ASMLib in the Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel. ASMLib – Linux specific ASM library and its associated driver. The Oracle ASMLib kernel driver is now included in the Unbreakable Enterprise Kernel. No driver package needs to be installed when using this kernel. The oracleasm-support and oracleasmlib packages still need to be installed. The oracleasm-support can be installed from Oracle Linux ISO image. For other Linux flavors could be found here – (Download section for particular Linux distribution) The oracleasmlib can be downloaded from ULN (Unbreakable Linux Network), subscription is required. Non-subscribers are free to use the similar package built for RHEL on their Enterprise Linux machines, which we will use in this tutorial. Action plan: 1. Installing Oracle Enterprise Linux and creating virtual hard disks in VMware for ASM disks 2. Creating recommended OS groups and user for Grid Infrastructure 3. Creating login scripts for grid and oracle users 4. Installing Oracle ASM packages 5. Creating ASM disk volumes 6. Downloading and installing Oracle Grid Infrastructure software 7. Creating ASM disk groups 8. Installing Oracle database software and create database instance

Tune your .NET Application with SQL Tuning Advisor and Oracle Performance Analyzer in Visual Studio

09:29
This video shows how you can use SQL Tuning Advisor and Oracle Performance Analyzer, two features of the Oracle Developer Tools for Visual Studio, to tune your .NET application's use of the SQL language as well as tuning its use of the Oracle database under load. If you'd like to try tuning the same sample SQL and .NET code as shown in this video, click on this link to go to the Oracle by Example walkthough of the same topic: http://bit.ly/1QXAXKW You will also need to download and install: 1) Oracle Developer Tools for Visual Studio version 12.1 or higher 2) Oracle Data Provider for .NET version 12.1 or higher This software can be found on the .NET Developer center (http://otn.oracle.com/dotnet) as part of the "ODTwithODAC" download packaging. For instructions on how to install this, see the Quick Start Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zrzDOk8gg5A Visual Studio 2012 and 2013 is supported - any edition except Express Edition (Community Edition is supported).

Download from the OTN using WGET

01:01
This video shows how to download from the OTN using WGET via FireFox Download Manager. This can be helpful when doing remote installations over SSH. Simply copying the link location will not work with WGET as downloads from the OTN contain an AuthParam token that is attached to the file name only once the download begins. In order to capture this token, you must start the download, pause it, and then copy the download link as shown. You can then use WGET and simply paste the link. Once the download completes, you can then remove the AuthParam token from the file name as shown. You must accept the OTN license agreement in order to get the token. http://www.davidghedini.com

Website monitoring & custom Tomcat & Oracle

05:58
How to use website monitoring application, which is free open-source tool: http://sitemonitoring.sourceforge.net/ Source code: https://github.com/jirkapinkas/sitemonitoring-production Running Site monitoring as a standalone application is fine, but you may want to deploy it to your custom Java EE server and use your custom Oracle database. I will present this on Apache Tomcat and Oracle Express Edition (XE) installed on my computer. Download Tomcat ZIP file, Oracle JDBC driver for your database and latest version of sitemonitoring application. Open src/main/resources/db.properties and edit this file. Also copy JDBC driver either to src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/lib, or to tomcat/lib directory. Add Maven bin directory to Windows Path. Finally go to project home directory and run: mvn clean package -P war This will create a standard war file. Copy this file to Tomcat webapps directory and start Tomcat.

How To Download & Install Oracle VM Virtualbox in Windows

07:15
✪ How to Download & Install Virtual Box Windows ABOUT THIS VIDEO In this video, i totally focused on How To Download Oracle VM VirtualBox In Windows 10 & How To Install Oracle VM VirtualBox In Windows 10. ✪ What is Oracle VM VirtualBox? Oracle VM VirtualBox is a free and open-source hypervisor for x86 computers currently being developed by Oracle Corporation. Developed initially by Innotek GmbH, it was acquired by Sun Microsystems in 2008 which was in turn acquired by Oracle in 2010. VirtualBox may be installed on a number of host operating systems, including: Linux, OS X, Windows, Solaris, and OpenSolaris. There are also ports to FreeBSD and Genode. It supports the creation and management of guest virtual machines running versions and derivations of Windows, Linux, BSD, OS/2, Solaris, Haiku, OSx86 and others, and limited virtualization of OS X guests on Apple hardware. For some guest operating systems, a "Guest Additions" package of device drivers and system applications is available which typically improves performance, especially of graphics. ✪ History The initial design for what became Sun's first Unix workstation, the Sun-1, was conceived by Andy Bechtolsheim when he was a graduate student at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California. Bechtolsheim originally designed the SUN workstation for the Stanford University Network communications project as a personal CAD workstation. It was designed around the Motorola 68000 processor with an advanced memory management unit (MMU) to support the Unix operating system with virtual memory support. He built the first ones from spare parts obtained from Stanford's Department of Computer Science and Silicon Valley supply houses. On February 24, 1982, Vinod Khosla, Andy Bechtolsheim, and Scott McNealy, all Stanford graduate students, founded Sun Microsystems. Bill Joy of Berkeley, a primary developer of the Berkeley Software Distribution (BSD), joined soon after and is counted as one of the original founders. The Sun name is derived from the initials of the Stanford University Network. Sun was profitable from its first quarter in July 1982. By 1983 Sun was known for producing 68000-based systems with high-quality graphics that were the only computers other than DEC's VAX to run 4.2BSD. It licensed the computer design to other manufacturers, which typically used it to build Multibus-based systems running Unix from UniSoft. Sun's initial public offering was in 1986 under the stock symbol SUNW, for Sun Workstations (later Sun Worldwide). The symbol was changed in 2007 to JAVA; Sun stated that the brand awareness associated with its Java platform better represented the company's current strategy. Sun's logo, which features four interleaved copies of the word sun in the form of a rotationally symmetric ambigram, was designed by professor Vaughan Pratt, also of Stanford. The initial version of the logo was orange and had the sides oriented horizontally and vertically, but it was subsequently rotated to stand on one corner and re-colored purple, and later blue. ────────────────────────────────────────── ✪ In This Tutorial ➜ Software Used :- Virtual Box ➜ Website Used :- https://www.virtualbox.org ────────────────────────────────────────── Watch my Playlist of How To Oracle VM VirtualBox :- https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLvbJ9QtDnqwQs0TMiqWxESYhi7U2mjdr7 ────────────────────────────────────────── [UPDATED] LIKE Me On :- ✪ www.iammrhelper.com ✪ https://www.facebook.com/iammrhelper ✪ https://twitter.com/iammrhelper ✪ https://instagram.com/iammrhelper ✪ https://m.me/iammrhelper ✪ https://youtube.com/mrhelper ────────────────────────────────────────── Let me know if you getting problem to follow the steps, Explain it at COMMENT BOX below I will try my best to solve it. ────────────────────────────────────────── UPDATE(If I miss something to tell you in this video then, I will add it here) ✪ No Update Is Available ────────────────────────────────────────── Watch my Previous Video ✪ How To Post Large YouTube Videos Thumbnail On Facebook:- https://youtu.be/Xn9_HHDoOQM More Videos are coming soon. Highly Available JMS with WebLogic: Store and Forward

13:44
Sr Principal Product Manager Jeff West discusses WebLogic JMS Store and Forward and shows a live demo. The SAF service enables WebLogic Server to deliver messages reliably between applications that are distributed across WebLogic Server instances. For example, with the SAF service, an application that runs on or connects to a local WebLogic Server instance can reliably send messages to an endpoint that resides on a remote server. If the destination is not available at the moment the messages are sent, either because of network problems or system failures, then the messages are saved on a local server instance, and are forwarded to the remote endpoint once it becomes available To download the code and see how to set up the project, check out this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-LRKasiAlpA For more information on configuring and managing Store and Forward, please check out the WebLogic documentation here: http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/E12840_01/wls/docs103/saf_admin/index.html

5. Oracle database Installation With ASM: Install database software & Create database.

09:59
