People Buy Feelings, Not Things | Tony Robbins Business Mastery

05:42
HOW EMOTIONS INFLUENCE PURCHASING DECISIONS What kind of car do you own? What kind of purse do you carry? What is your favorite brand of clothing? Why? While product quality and seller reputation matter, the reason we make a purchase goes far beyond the fundamentals. It goes far beyond rational thought. It goes into the subconscious. In fact, research by the Nielsen Company shows that roughly 90% of purchasing decisions are made subconsciously. And further studies have revealed that while our brains process 11 million bits of sensory information every second, our conscious minds can only handle less than 100 per second. So how does our subconscious determine our decisions? It comes down to our needs and emotions. Each and every one of us is unique, but we also share six fundamental needs — certainty, significance, variety, love and connection, growth, contribution — that determine how we feel about ourselves, how we feel about others, and how we experience life. And all behavior, including our purchasing decisions, is an attempt to meet our needs. That $1000 purse you just bought? That $100,000 car you just leased? The $500 jacket you just got? Each of these items can bring an individual significance. In fact, people will pay disproportionately to feel significant. And this can be true even if the purchase is gift for someone else. Because they subconsciously believe that giving someone a gift will get them attention, appreciation or even love, which ultimately means one thing — significance. More than this, individuals buy products that they associate with their identity. That electric car you just purchased? You may think it represents someone who is a cool, environmentally-minded, socially conscious, do-gooder. Or that satchel you just purchased from a local craftsman from a village abroad? It may represent someone who is eclectic, worldly and open-minded. The driving force in life is a need to be fulfilled, and our purchasing decisions are a direct manifestation of this need. Just watch what Tony has to say about it. How To Build A Brand | Tagline Examples | Brand Strategy

13:38
http://www.howtobuildabrand.org/ Brand Strategy. Tagline examples you can use to help you build your brand. Find out more on our website or become a fan at facebook.com/BrandExpertTips. Thank you to Melanie Waldron who has asked how to create a good tagline or strapline for her business. In this video I share with you some important things to consider when creating your strapline or tagline to ensure you are creating something that really encapsulates what you deliver as a brand. Here are some things to consider more carefully that support this video to ensure you create a compelling strapline, rather than a boring crapline: Simplicity - What do you want your strapline to communicate? Do you want it to be straight-forward, honest, short, directive, emotive, etc...? Do you want your brand to communicate exactly what it does that suggests your competitors don't, such as Duracell 'Lasts Longer', Pickfords 'The Careful Movers', or Subway 'Eat Fresh'? Do you want to build your brand based on the feelings it creates for your prospects, such as McDonalds 'I'm Loving It', Loreal 'Because I'm Worth It' or KFC 'Finger Licking Good'? Do you want to build a brand that aligns itself as giving a helpful hand, such as Tesco 'Every Little Helps' or Kit Kat 'Have a Break, Have a Kit Kat'? Do you want to build a brand that creates a visual of your product or service in the minds of your prospects, such as De Beers 'A Diamond Is Forever', BMW 'The Ultimate Driving Machine', Rice Krispies 'Snap! Crackle! Pop! or Red Bull -- 'It Gives You Wiiiings!'? Do you want to create an aspirational brand that teases and challenges your audience to step up and aspire to buy from you, such as Apple 'Think Different', Superdream 'Dream Bigger', or Panasonic 'Ideas for Life'? Do you want to position your product or service to leave no doubt at all that you are the leader of your industry, such as Max Factor 'The Make Up Of Make Up Artists' or Heinz 'Beanz Meanz Heinz'? Or do you want your brand to do 'Exactly what it says on the tin' like Ronseal? You must step into the future and think about what kind of brand it is that you want to build and clearly define what it is you leave your customers with once they have worked with you. What are they left with when you walk out of the door? What are they left with once they have made a purchase with you? Get this right and you will be building your brand on a very solid foundation that will last you the lifetime of your business so you never have to change it. There is a lot more we can go into on creating the key messages for your brand communications strategy to help you clearly define who you are, what you stand for, how, when and where you should best use it and what your strapline should be, but we don't have time to go into it here. As I said in the video, if you would like to work directly with us to help you position your brand as the market leader in your industry, attract, engage and convert your ideal customers into clients and create a strategy you can take immediate action on, book onto our B.R.A.N.D. TOP 4 RELATIONSHIP MARKETING EXAMPLES YOU NEED TO TRY Building a brand community is vital in today's world - but it's not easy. That's why in this video Cherene Etemadi, Marketing Director at Human Marketing, unpacks relationship marketing - the process of connecting with your audience on a more human level. She identifies the best relationship marketing examples - strategies top brands have used to facilitate customer engagement and loyalty. She talks about how each strategy speaks to customers at a different stage in the buyer's journey. We hope these examples inspire you to try relationship marketing yourself! EXAMPLE 1: HBO AND GAME OF THRONES USE RELATIONSHIP MARKETING TO GENERATE AWARENESS First impressions are everything when it comes to attracting customers and generating brand awareness - the first stage in the buyer's journey. At this stage, relationship marketing helps you create an instant connection. HBO used relationship marketing to generate awareness of the Game of Thrones season five premiere. They reached out to GOT fans on social media and asked them to create memes and funny, entertaining social content about the show. HBO showcased the best material on the official Game of Thrones social media accounts. What were the results of this relationship marketing strategy? The season five premiere was the most-watched in HBO history and they won a Webby Award for Best Overall Social Presence. EXAMPLE 2: B2B HEALTHCARE COMPANY PRESCRIBE WELLNESS USES RELATIONSHIP MARKETING TO CONVERT LEADS INTO CUSTOMERS Prescribe Wellness, a healthcare company that connects local pharmacies to patients, used relationship marketing to convert leads into customers by building an engaging website. Most B2B healthcare companies have sterile website designs that no one wants to spend much time on. Prescribe wellness saw that they could differentiate themselves from their competition AND leverage relationship marketing at the same time by being different. They built a simple, sleek, visually appealing website that pharmacists and patients enjoyed using. This relationship marketing strategy paid off. Pharmacists quickly became loyal customers. Prescribe Wellness also received the Website of the Day award from the Favourite Website Awards. EXAMPLE 3: NYX COSMETICS USES RELATIONSHIP MARKETING TO RETAIN CUSTOMERS Relationship marketing doesn't stop after the sale. You must nurture customer relationships post-purchase. This helps drive retention and engagement. It also turns customers into brand ambassadors - people who love your brand so much that they promote it to others. For many brands, unboxing is a vital post-purchase experience that can make or break customer retention. NYX decided to nurture their customers post-purchase by creating an unboxing competition - a relationship marketing strategy. They asked influencers to produce videos showing themselves opening NYX packages. NYX promised a reward to the top creators a free trip to Los Angeles and crowned the winner, "NYX Beauty Blogger of the Year." Today's consumers are savvy when it comes to making decisions. They buy from brands they can trust. The best way to earn their trust is by leveraging relationship marketing whenever you can - at every stage in the buyer's journey. Brand Consistency: Does it Work?

11:45
Andy Rice uses the news that Coca Cola has changed its slogan from 'Open Happiness' to 'Taste the Feeling' to talk about brand consistency and continuity. He says many textbooks on marketing and branding and communication advocate consistency and continuity in ideas, strategy and execution. Brands through their consistency give consumers a particular message. They want to be knows for something singleminded, for example, he says Volvo equals safety, Nandos equates to feeling irreverent. And you do not build that overnight. It takes years. So consistency and continuity… does it work?

Nike Marketing Strategy: How Nike Branding Flatters Athlete Egos

06:01
http://602communications.com/ Dig deep inside Nike branding campaigns and you'll discover a very simple archetype story. By repeating this one story over and over, Nike marketing strategy delivers a powerful shot of customer self-esteem. In this speech from the IMark marketing conference in Iceland, emotional marketing speaker Graeme Newell reveals the five-step formula that keeps Nike branding at the top of the list of the world's most powerful marketers. I love Nike. I love Nike advertising, Nike ads, Nike commercials, Nike marketing strategy, Nike branding, and Nike brand strategy. I love all of it, and I love it a lot. What's more, I'm not alone. Nike ads have built the Nike brand into a juggernaut that appeals to almost every single man, woman, and child on this planet. Nike Advertising Power Why does Nike branding work so well? Nike advertising is full of excitement and everything that makes a good sporting-goods ad, but Nike ads are nearly unique in how good they are. So what is the deal with Nike marketing strategy that makes them so great? It's the message that is contained in Nike commercials and every piece of Nike branding that goes out. Nike advertising revolves around a single, universal emotion that is felt the same by nearly everyone on the planet. The idea of struggle and determination is what gives Nike commercials their fire. And every piece of Nike branding revolves around this thing How Nike Ads Capitalize on Archetypes If it told you that Nike marketing strategy is thousands of years old, you probably wouldn't believe me. However, Nike branding, like their name (originating from the Greek Goddess of Victory Nike) is as old as the Greek Civilization. Great works like the Iliad and the Odyssey revolve around the archetype of the hero. The hero is someone who faces a great foe, one who is seemingly insurmountable, and through dedication and perseverance, prevails. Nike brand strategy truly does hail from the time of the ancient Greeks, and there's a reason it still works. This is because the feelings that Nike commercials evoke are feelings that all humans have. The heroes in Nike advertising are universal heroes, regardless of age, race, gender, or anything else. The Real Message of Nike Commercials Nike commercials show all sorts of ripped, young men and women pushing themselves to the limits against a foe, but what are Nike ads really portraying? They're portraying you and me. Nike brand strategy knows that everyone sees the hero in themselves. Nike branding understands that even though we aren't slaying dragons or rescuing princesses, just getting out of bed in the morning to go to the gym, to work, to school, or anything else, is as trial in and of itself, and Nike commercials are all over that. How Nike Brand Strategy Comes Out in Nike Commercials Nike branding relies on a five-step formula to really drive the Nike marketing strategy home in Nike commercials. Nike ads, with very few exceptions, follow this five step formula in one way or another. The five step formula in Nike advertising is how they show the various stages that the hero must go through in order to fulfil his quest. Nike branding simply channels the story of the hero, one that has been told for millennia, into Nike ads and watches the brand explode. The 5-Steps Nike Branding Uses in Nike Ads Nearly every piece of Nike advertising follows the 5-step formula of Nike branding. First, Nike ads show first to the challenge, in the zone, doubt and suffering, rededication, and finally, victory. Nike branding uses these five steps to universally appeal to men, women, and children all over the world, and to great effect. What Each Step in Nike Marketing Strategy Means Key to Nike ads are the five steps. Nike commercials tend to begin with someone being the first to the challenge, first to the plate, the first up. This is how Nike brand strategy demonstrates first to the challenge. Nike branding then shows the person in the zone, working hard at whatever it is they're doing, and then comes the doubt and suffering. It's at this point in Nike ads that we are unsure if the main character is going to make it through, but then Nike marketing strategy kicks back in with rededication. The character rededicates herself to the goal, and attains victory. So to recap: -Nike advertising is a powerhouse because it taps the deepest emotions we feel as a species -One of these emotions is that of the hero, an archetype that human beings all over the world can all feel -Nike commercials do this by using a 5-step formula that shows the hero overcoming great struggles. http://602communications.com/

16 FAMOUS LOGOS WITH A HIDDEN MEANING (That We Never Even Noticed)

06:28
How to design a successful logo? How to build a famous brand for your business? Some of the most well-known logos in the world were purposefully designed to indicate something much more than simple beauty. In fact, it seems that in some cases, every line, curve, and color has meaning behind it. Adidas, Apple, BMW, Coca-Cola, Toyota… We see these famous brands everywhere but never consider what their logos exactly mean. Curious to know the secret? Watch the 16 famous logos with a hidden meaning you've never noticed. #logomeaning #logosecret # Hyundai 0:33 The letter ’Н’ symbolizes two people – a client and a representative of the company – shaking hands. Adidas 0:52 The current logo is three stripes at an angle which together form a triangle. This symbolizes a mountain, which in turn represents the challenges that all sportsmen have to overcome day after day. Apple 1:21 Rob Janoff, the designer who came up with the world-famous Apple company logo, explained his idea in one of his interviews. He bought a bag of apples, placed them in a bowl, and spent time drawing them for a week, trying to break the image down into something simple. Vaio 1:58 The first two letters of the Vaio logo symbolize an analogue wave. The last two are similar to the numbers 1 and 0 — that is, symbols of a digital signal. Amazon 2:14 The orange arrow is similar to a smile because the company wants its customers to be satisfied. The arrow is also stretched between the letters ’A’ and ’Z’, in a hint that the company sells absolutely every product you can imagine. Baskin Robbins 2:40 The pink-colored parts of the "BR" section make up the number 31, which is how many ice cream flavors Baskin Robbins used to famously sell. Toyota 2:56 The logo represents a stylized image of a needle eye with a thread passing through it. This is a hint at the company’s past – they used to produce weaving machines. Continental 3:28 Continental, a famous car tire producer, has a logo in which the first two letters depict a car wheel. Formula 1 3:41 If you look carefully at the white space between the letter ’F’ and the red stripes, you can see the number 1. Pinterest 3:59 On Pinterest, people collect images they like from across the Internet and ’pin’ them to their online boards. That’s why the image of a pin is hidden in the letter P. Beats 4:17 Beats, an audio equipment producer based in the USA, uses a logo in which the letter ’B’ looks like headphones on a person’s head. Toblerone 4:32 The famous chocolate company based in Bern, Switzerland, has a silhouette of a bear in its logo. That's because Bern is sometimes called a city of bears. BMW 4:55 The logo is simply a part of the Bavarian flag, the area of Germany where the company originated. LG 5:18 The logo is a stylized image of a person’s face. According to the company, this represents its aspiration to have human relations with their customers. Evernote 5:34 The corner of the elephant’s ear is folded over in a similar way how people fold the corner of a page to make notes. Coca-Cola 5:57 In the space between the letters ’O’ and ’L’, you can see the Danish flag. It’s purely a coincidence. Nevertheless, Coca-Cola has used this as part of its marketing campaigns in the Scandinavian country. If you’ve enjoyed this video, hit that thumbs up button! Marketing a Brand: Best Tactics for Broadening Your Customer Base

03:20
http://602communications.com The best marketers don't just create a brand; they create a universal message that seamlessly crosses borders and effortlessly charms wildly different cultural groups. In this three-minute emotional marketing lesson video, emotional marketing expert Graeme Newell reveals how to appeal to very different customer groups, while still maintaining a tightly focused brand message. Marketing a Brand So It Has Impact When marketing a brand, all too often marketers end up just focusing on one or two small demographics. They slave away, marketing a brand to small groups, when they could be expanding their reach to all sorts of new, exciting areas. In order to stay competitive, marketers should always be on the lookout for how their product marketing plan can be tweaked to include as many groups of people as possible. Today, I'm going to talk about how to market a product so it will appeal to all sorts of wildly different groups of people. How to Market a Product to Almost Anyone So you're stuck with having to market your product to not just families, but single, middle-aged men, and young, African-American women. Marketing a brand to this many different groups sounds impossible, but it's not. The trick to marketing a brand to this many people is simple: you don't focus on any particular group, but rather an emotion. Every product marketing plan should include what their customers want to feel when they use the product. This feeling could be smart, courageous, or sexy. When considering how to market a product to many different groups, it's important to remember that emotions are often times universal feelings, common across many age, gender, and racial barriers. For instance, try injecting the emotion of "smart" into any product marketing plan. Chances are, everyone will respond positively. Why? Simply, everyone wants to be smart, and everyone believes that they are a little smarter than the next guy or gal. Marketing a Brand to Everyone Creating a universal message is the cornerstone to any good product marketing plan. By getting out of the business of marketing to a single group of people and moving into marketing to a state of mind, or an ideal, you are marketing a brand to many more people than was possible before, but are still doing it in a focused and effective manner. This also solves the problem of how to market a product to, say, both young and old. A young man is going to want to feel sexy, so it makes sense when marketing a brand to young men to make him feel sexy. But at the same time, when marketing a brand to, say, middle aged men, you can use the same branding techniques. This is how two very different demographics can be reached using the same emotional content. Updating Your Product Marketing Plan So take a look at your product marketing plan, does it include a lot of goals for tightly-regulated age and gender and racial profiles, or does it look past those things and hit on what really makes people tick -- their emotions. Use these universal emotions for more success at marketing a brand to a wide variety of audiences with equal effectiveness. When considering how to market a product to many people, using emotional branding is the only option.

There are stories of people with bullets in their head who don’t even know it. Many more people are living with toxic friendships without even knowing it. Knowing the 8 signs of a toxic friendship can help you avoid them. Dr. Sharon Livingston is founder and president of The Livingston Group for Marketing, Inc., a brand marketing research company that implements projective techniques to discover and strengthen the relationship between Fortune 100 products and their consumers. Sharon also wrote “Get Lost Girlfriend: How I Found Myself When My Best Friend Dumped Me”. In spite of her professional success, Sharon found herself in a toxic friendship — a friendship she treasured turned out to be deeply harmful. Turning to business principles in branding and working on her own personal brand, she learned new ways to care for herself emotionally. Sharon has determined that toxic friendships are identifiable, that you CAN heal and protect yourself from poisonous people in the future. Watch the remaing 3 powerful B2B Video Marketing Examples here: https://www.wulfpack.co/blog/6-best-b2b-video-marketing-examples-ever-to-inspire-your-own The 6 videos that follow check off most of these criteria. You don’t always have to get every single one perfect to produce a memorable and effective video, but the best B2B videos should get most of these right. 1. Your message engages with your target audience on a core level. 2. You tell a story – or at least communicate in a logical, easy-to-follow sequence. 3. You teach your viewers something – or make them feel something. 4. Your video feels smart and polished. 5. Your message spurs your viewers to action. 6. You build trust by displaying sincerity and authenticity. 7. Your video is consistent with your business’s brand identity. Like every piece of marketing collateral, your video is an extension of your brand – and should therefore be consistent with the overall vibe you want your users to feel whenever they think about your company. The dark secret behind sexist advertisements. | Natalia Ortiz Hazarian | TEDxYSMU

15:15
Women don't feel represented by advertisements – even though they are the main responsible for buying decisions around the world. Natália Hazarian investigates why that happens by specifying how ads are connected with sexism and gender inequality, and showing why we shouldn't tolerate that. With educational background in Public Relations, Natália brings her expertise in communication and branding to the fields of sustainable development and human rights. She helps brands build strong attitudes in social causes while exploring how citizens are shaping new expectations and patterns of consumption. Born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil, her international work experience includes the United Nations, Edelman – the world’s biggest PR company –, and multinationals like Unilever and Infosys. Natalia has also coordinated emergency housing projects to 91 families in 5 underprivileged communities in Sao Paulo through Techo, a Latin-American NGO that fights extreme poverty by implementing social inclusion programs. Frank Kern Show Episode 3: Copywriting Examples

01:01:47
In this episode, Frank Kern walks you through excellent copywriting examples, shows you how to address skepticism in your copy, reviews a viewer's web page, and shows how to make an offer without being obnoxious. http://frankkern.com/ http://www.youtube.com/user/officialfrankkern Twitter: Frank_Kern Instagram: FrankKern About Frank Kern: Frank Kern started as a door-to-door salesman for credit card processing systems, in Macon, GA. He experienced a lot of rejection. All the while, he was living in a single trailer, eagerly anticipating moving up into a double-wide. Around this time, he borrowed some Tony Robbins tapes (Personal Power) from his step-father, and started to formulate the mindset that would soon see him making his way to the top of the Internet Marketing industry. Shortly thereafter, he started learning about making money online. He bought a $297 course on how to make money online from the late Cory Rudl and implemented it and he did see some success and felt encouraged. Frank Kern hired an author to write a "Teach your parrot to talk" book. After doing some keyword research he discovered that the market was big. He also heard of a guy who was doing the same thing profitably offline so he wrote the ad in advance, promising everything a parrot owner could want. Then he hired a writer to fulfill all those promises and point out the unrealistic ones. It cost Frank Kern $650 to hire the writer. Frank built a $3,000/month income stream from this eBook alone. He then said to himself: "What other pets are out there?" Frank Kern had worked with dogs in the past, and realized that dogs respond well to positive reinforcement. So Frank created a course, where he could automatically create a different web site for every different breed of dog ( approximately 600). He ran ads for each breed of dog, offering the same book with 600 different web sites - one per dog breed. This business launched in 2005 and went on to make sales of over $1 million in 2006. A simple approach, that scaled up exponentially. Frank Kern found that he really enjoyed showing other entrepreneurs how to make money online so he sold the dog business after 2 years, and focused on teaching people to make money online. Frank Kern's products include: StomperNet launch generated $18.3 Million in orders in less than 24 hours Annihilation Method, (dating advice for men with Neil Strauss) generated $1.4 MM Serializer sold $1.4 MM in 54 minutes Mass Control Mass Control 2.0 List Control Screw Google System (created with Trey Smith, cousin) Pipeline Profits Underachiever Mastery - sold to Russell Brunson Infomillionaire http://www.youtube.com/user/officialfrankkern http://frankkern.com/

What to Eat For One Meal A Day (BEGINNERS)

11:15
This will teach you what to eat on the one meal a day diet plan. This is especially useful for beginners aiming for weight loss. Learn how to lose weight with an intermittent fasting plan that only requires eating once a day. The benefits of an omad diet meal plan for productivity are clear, but to lose weight and not be hungry while only eating one meal may be challenging for some. Learn how to achieve amazing before and after results with omad without starving yourself. 🔥 FREE 6 Week Challenge: https://gravitychallenges.com/home65d4f?utm_source=ytube&utm_term=one Timestamps: Pick 1 Hour a Day: 0:47 Conditioned Hunger Response: 1:26 Break the Conditioned Response: 2:41 Don’t Restrict Calories: 3:08 Eat All 3 Macronutrients: 3:26 Single Ingredient Foods: 3:46 Fasting Prevents Muscle Loss: 4:49 Plating Examples: 5:40 Flexible Diet Approach: 7:43 Junk Food: 9:03 After making a bunch of videos on the one meal a day diet and how effective it can be to help with weight loss and burning body fat in a simple non restrictive way, I've noticed that most people still have tons of questions about what to eat and in general how to set up the diet properly. So I wanted to make this video specifically for beginners that are brand new to the diet plan in an effort to explain everything from A to Z including what to except, what to eat, and how much to eat so you can get started with a one meal a day dieting structure as early as today. And if you've never tried to eat one meal a day you might think that its impossible, unhealthy, or too difficult for you to do, but if you give this style of eating a chance I promise you'll find that all of those thoughts are simply untrue. To set up an omad or one meal a day diet plan you want to start by picking 1 hour of the day that you would like to eat your meal. When it comes to losing weight or burning body fat it doesn't matter whether that meal is consumed in the morning or at night, but we do want to try to start and finish eating within one hour. The other 23 hours of the day are gonna be for fasting. Now if you're a beginner just the thought of that probably got your stomach growling. And there's no denying that when you first start you're gonna feel hungry, but most people think that they'll feel a lot hungrier, then they do when they gather the courage to actually try the diet. A lot of the hunger that you currently feel throughout the day is a conditioned hunger response. Nobel prize winner Ivan Pavlov accidentally discovered this when studying salivation in dogs ultimately leading to something known in psychology as Pavlovian Conditioning. Without getting too in depth into his study the bottom line of his experiments was that hunger is a highly suggestible state that can not only be caused by the taste, smell, and sight of food, but hunger can also be trained as a conditioned response. Meaning if you're used to eating breakfast everyday at 7 am, lunch at 12 pm, and dinner at 6pm you've conditioned yourself to get hungry everyday at those times. The stimulus that causes you to get hungry isn't the smell taste or sight of food it's the time itself. And this applies further...By pairing things like eating snacks while watching tv, or while studying, or whenever you feel boredom you develop even more conditioned hunger responses. So the ironic truth is that by practicing fasting you can break a lot of these conditioned hunger responses, and start feeling only the unconditioned hunger response when you're actually hungry, allowing you to develop a better relationship to food in general. To help you break your conditioned hunger responses throughout the day you can slowly ease into a one meal a day diet, by cutting out snacks and meals slowly one at a time. You can also incorporate things like black coffee, apple cider vinegar, and sugar free tea throughout the day to suppress your appetite. Remember it'll take some time, but your body will for sure adapt. Lets move on to what to eat and how much of it to eat. When you actually get to your one meal for the day you don't want to restrict calories. A lot of people try this diet plan to lose weight or burn fat, and they think they can lose weight faster by cutting calories from the only meal they eat for the whole day. This is a big mistake that leads to binge eating almost every time. Another big mistake is trying to do something like a one meal a day ketogenic diet plan as a beginner. You should allow yourself to eat all three macro nutrients protein, carbs, and fats. Again do not restrict calories or macronutrients during this one meal especially when first starting as it will likely lead you to failing the diet. Instead you want to eat your fill of single ingredient real foods. I think we all know what single ingredient real foods are, but just to give you some examples fruits, vegetables, rice, potatoes, oats, barely, buckwheat, natural cooking oils, eggs, chicken, turkey, fish
